Besides orders for racket, all goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Rackets with official receipt can be exchanged once within 7 business days after order.

Exchange Eligibility Criteria

Our exchange policy covers all regular priced rackets only and is valid for 7 business days from date of purchase or date of receipt,whichever earlier.
All items can only be exchanged once after order, subject to such product(s) for Exchange must be in a saleable condition.
Furthermore, the original packaging and labelling must be presented upon the Exchange. All exchange shall be made at our shop.
You are required to bring the product(s) coupled with the proof of purchase (either receipt or a formal invoice which identifies the product(s) unequivocally).
In the event that you fail to produce and present the proof of purchase at the time of request for Exchange, we will not be able to process your request.
In case of an accepted Exchange, product(s) of the same model and of substantially the same color and size will be exchanged (subject to availability of stock).
We reserve the right at its sole and absolute discretion to determine whether the requested Exchange can be accepted.
